I
do think Missingno could get the lead up to 1000 here. The best Crono
has done so far was only 2 cuts in a row and his biggest single cut
alone was 17 votes (which he did twice). Crono needs to step it up and

Day is a day of great heartbreak as the Noble Nine has finally decided
to break up after nearly 7 years together. Rumors of their impending
breakup have been circulated for a while. Crono is believed to be the
one to initiate the breakup, to the surprise of many. Most had expected
Sonic the Hedgehog to be the one who broke it off finally, but it looks

It's certianly a disgrace. But for me personally, the most painful losses have been: 1. Crono/Sonic 2. Crono/Vincent 2007 3. Magus/Knuckles Crono/Yoshi would have topped that list. I can say that I won't be surprised if Yoshi somehow beats Missingno
next round, should Crono fail to win. Missingno is certainly the

hey guys remember a few weeks ago we debated on Dark Link, should we give him and try? Since Sheik isn't going to be allowed into the contest (according to Bacon), I'm not so sure that Dark Link would either. The best bet would probably get Dark Link into a bonus match or something. Man, it's ideas like this that could have been considered back when we did the bonus match last year. projection based on MMX/Price is now down to 89,234. If it stays there,
and this match ends 50/50, the loser will end up with more votes than

*ToS spoilers* Of course Shiek isn't allowed. It's the same ****ing thing as Zelda. That's like saying Mithos and Yggdrasil are two different characters. That said, Dark Link is a different character and would be allowed. But you have to be a complete idiot to want to see him in. There's nothing "funny" about him. At least I can admit L-Block and Missingno have some amusement aspects to them. Dark Link does not. |

Wasn't he a boss battle in OoT? He was. The tricky thing with Dark Link is that he could be strong enough to hang with the lower Noble Nine and blow his way through the bracket before losing to Clinkeroth or something. don't think Missingno has a free pass against Yoshi. Missingno showed
legit day trends in both the vote-in and today's match, not at all like
L and more like Mudkip. He gets some strength from joke voters to be
sure, but I think a large portion of his strength comes from legit
pokelove. And Mudkip fizzled out twice despite being handed two very
beneficial Nintendo LFF situations (Ganondorf/Luigi and Mario/X/Zelda);
hell, he even lost to Zelda in the second. I think L would have easily
taken advantage there, but Mudkip couldn't, because he lost some of his
Pokemon/Nintendo strength to the other Nintendo characters. Yoshi has three crucial advantages against Missingno that Crono doesn't: Nintendo, a day vote, and LUEshi. --- Mustache...and Green... |

wouldn't trust the vote-in poll to judge what trends Missingno would be
expected to display in an actual contest setting. Just like how we
shouldn't trust the vote-in polls as an accurate indicator of their

yeah, but still, trying to say Arthas was more turd-worthy than this is
a bit silly, I think. Yeah, we all talked about it, but I don't think
many people actually believed it. At least a decent number of Gurus
