I've been mostly underwhelmed by FF6 characters in these contests yet all of a sudden they start getting good... I don't understand.

Finally able to post since I got my warning overturned

I think this is more Terra boosting a lot, plus green hair like everyone knows her by. There is no reason to expect the old Terra to be beating someone like Darth Revan.

Kefka dominates, Jecht wins, Tidus (who always loses) actually put up a decent number on Sub-Zero and let us not forget Cloud's beastly percentage he put up on Ridley.

Probably because HK-47's popularity extends beyond just KOTOR fans. I had heard all about HK-47 without ever having even watched a video of KOTOR, but I had no idea who Revan is or was before the contest. I'd imagine that's the case for quite a few people.

Ok, so Terra probably uses this green hair, massive new Dissidia exposure, and good old fashioned TFJ to sprint past both Auron and Squall. She faces Snake in Round 4 with custom made pics, so I think her contest might end there, but not before a solid 45%+. Assuming Revan is a central figure in The Old Republic lore, he should boost significantly, especially if The Old Republic rivals WoW's playrate, which I am expecting it to do a few months after release.

So the question is, based on this performance, does Revan double or triple Sonic next year?
