Same as me. I intended to raise my prediction to line up more with xstats and then saw everyone was going really low so I dropped it instead.

Ouch, that sux bro. I've done that before too, which is why i decided to go for the middle ground and neither raise nor lower my prediction. I've really got to try and just ignore what everyone else is predicting though, unless they present some factor i hadn't considered in their reasoning.

I don't think this says anything about Sora. Axel's a lot more likely to take a big drop than Sora is, I think.

Lol indeed. I've lost a lot of my confidence, but what worries me now is Sora > Bowser/Charizard. Many people thought he looked underwhelming against Midna. I didn't really buy it at the time, but this doesn't exactly help.

Then again, maybe Axel just tanked after 2007 (he didn't make 2008, right?), and maybe Dante is one of those perfect characters to just pound the crap out of him. They do look pretty similar.

I don't think there's much overlap between Dante and Axel. They don't strike me as having that sort of appeal. The pic being so favorable to Dante could have something to do with it if you believe that sort of thing. The more likely thing in my mind is that Axel has just gotten weaker.

KH exclusives: Sora, Riku, Kairi, Axel, Roxas
Characters who got in after being in KH: Uhhh...Cid Highwind, but I doubt KH was the reason.

Kratos would probably hold up better than you think. He'd be a better opponent for Dante than, say, Hayabusa. But yeah, that wouldn't be too close a match.

Yeah, we've seen the other 3 KH characters before pretty much as expected. Axel just had 358/2 Days and beat out healthy competition in the vote-ins, so why would he be that different?

This is more Dante then Axel. Ryu is gonna get wrecked next round, probably.
