why do we have so many damn Tails characters in these things? Can't
even Seifer in these damn things and yet Lloyd Irving keeps getting in

Eh,
I really don't have a problem with Lloyd or Kratos being in these
contests. They're high enough fodder to be somewhat interesting at
times (but still foddery enough to make you feel stupid for picking
them, like today). With 128 characters, having someone of their

Eh,
I really don't have a problem with Lloyd or Kratos being in these
contests. They're high enough fodder to be somewhat interesting at

strength is pretty much inevitable. Same here. In terms of cutting fodder, people should be targeting entrants like Guybrush and Ratchet way more than the ToS crew. with 128 character brackets, no. But frankly, I think I prefer 64
character brackets. Even with 2 matches a day, we have a ton of boring
round 1 matches this year. Either way, if I were Bacon I'd just
auto-seed the Noble Nine into the contest. That would solve a lot of
the problems with the FFVII characters I think, who'd no longer have to
compete for noms with Cloud and Sephiroth. --- 6 years later, Crono's quest to defeat Sephiroth -- Round 1: Missingno 'Till shade is gone, 'till water is gone, into the shadow with teeth bared.... |

Unfortunately,
I don't think Claire should be brought back until her industry-defining
starring role in Resident Evil 6. She lost to Kairi four years ago and
hasn't gotten anything of note since then, so watching her get killed

Honestly
of all the guys who should be cut, Kratos is one of the last guys to
pick and Lloyd actually definitely deserves to stay. He got royally
placement screwed this year, but actually has potential to win

She impressed in 2002 but would be super-fodder now See above Sure Eh Eh Legacy wise is worth it but is the biggest flop in contest history Sure Duh Yeah, only a handful of those are definitely worth getting in. Other than those few you've got high-end fodder, just like the ToS cast, but with a much less devoted fanbase, or even worse, the likes of Morrigan and Aya Brea who absolutely don't deserve it and would bomb if they got in. |
