GameFAQs Contests

Well I'm just talking about their most prominent form of exposure. If it's on a Nintendo system there's no reason to believe that they are completely cut off from the Nintendo fanbase. Most people that remember playing the game remember what they played it on. While they recognize it's not a Nintendo character in the literal sense, it's still going to be people that play Nintendo that remember playing the game (especially with it being out on DS etc.) A lot of people did choose to go to the PS1 over N64, but I'm sure there are still a lot of Nintendo players out there that would consider themselves Nintendo fanboys or whatever that still see Crono as having come from a Nintendo system.

Why are you guys getting so upset over this? It's not like I'm saying his fanbase is solely from Nintendo supporters. Jesus.
