The
reason Zack looked good is because of Crisis Core. Everyone else who

some pauses in speech are fine. The times he pauses in that scene are
fine. They're not awkward pauses in the middle of a phrase for no

the strange thing is that the villains in Dissidia didn't really seem
to suffer from "awkward pause syndrome" like the heroes did. Go figure.
Dave Wittenberg did a fantastic job as Kefka. Man, I just wish Steve Burton and George Newbern would show some emotion every once in a while. I don't know if I could handle an FFVII remake with those two guys deadpan delivering their lines the whole time. --- "So cold. I am always by your side." villains also had hilarious lines like "MISERABLE INSECT" and "GROVEL"
and "Run amok!" I like playing as Garland and ExDeath just because

mr Lion, even though I hate Squall but Like David Boreanaz(How the HELL
did Squeenix get him?), his Voice Acting was very well made and fit

Boreanaz was great as Squall. I wish they could've kept him. Doug
Erholtz does a solid job nowadays, but his voice gets too...nasal for
me at times. They need to bring back Mandy Moore to do Aerith again
though! I didn't feel like Squall's voice should be that low. But I'd have to disagree with this. Squall's a brooding loner. A low voice is perfect for him. --- "Hold on a minute! That testimony stinks!" "Witness! You can't just say 'Hello' and expect us to get anywhere! I want you to testify!" |

that's become a habit I've carried into every game where there isn't

voice acting! An old room-mate of mine had passed on the habit of reading aloud in character for games without voice-acting...for all the characters. Cloud's
doing fine. This is nowhere near a bomb when you consider approx. 25%
of the site will NEVER vote for him. Reminds me of FFVII in the games
contest; doesn't look so good early on but when it comes to the tougher
opponents its strength shines through. Great work Cloud if you can get
above 70%. |

And, uh, just a few interesting numbers using past matches with Cloud: - Fox had 25.39% on him in 2002. - Bowser had 29.97% on him in 2003. - Squall had 23.79% on him in 2004 (thanks to SFF). - Ryu had 28.99% and 21.87% on him in 2007. - Midna had 25.41% on him in 2008. - Mewtwo had 25.68% on him in 2008. Ridley currently has 30.16% on Cloud (still going down), and tonight's night-match is favorable to Cloud so Ridley doesn't recover some with the ASV. Does anybody take Ridley to beat any of those guys (even a SFF'd-by-Cloud Squall) before today? Or get particularly close? Ridley never even showed a sign of improvement with the vote-in poll -- he landed between Proto Man and Spy, and the only other Nintendo-character in that match was Doc Louis (all hail). A boost from SSBB looks unlikely from the only angle we have room to argue on (though I still believe in it to some degree). really caught on doing our four-way tenure and is now coming back in
