I do like how Bowser dropped on that update. Makes my Oracle look a bit better. I'm hoping Bowser drops hard enough before the ASV starts so that when Bowser finally does go up with the ASV again, he won't surpass my 61.95% prediction (or at least come very close to it).

As you might expect, the top performers got killed by this match while those in the middle knew the result was obvious. The -5s had around 80% for their prediction percentage while the perfects had a mere 25% and the -1s were 34.5%. Somehow we didn't lose any 0s again.

22 people fell off the Top 50 today. Black_Tuesday, wedny, DoctorBIind, RockMFR, Randomcrazydude, SilverSurfer128, nipukka, 3theral, KamikazePotato, Lucky4815162342, evilevi13, yazzy14, HotSkitty, Shadowhiei, Astro1446, gbaxton, Silent_Alarm, Zeriercahl, RappinHobo9292, Dragonology, ciscowaco9 and -LusterSoldier- thought Kefka would choke again but were wrong.

9 people got the match wrong but survived. lancealots_son, mdgilb06, Rainerrria, masseffect90, DynamicRobbie, JJH777, tazzyboyishere, MajinLou and Billy_Gates also didn't think Kefka would win.

And both of them rely on some other big villain to do the work for them while they just sit on the sidelines ready to punish whomever defeated their big ally. Bowser and Ganondorf are total wusses now, to the point where I would vote for some FF7 characters and maybe even Ryu/Dante/LSK over them.

@Not_Wylvane: He's definetely more of a wuss now than he ever was, if he ever was. Then again, I suppose relying on 7 Koopalings to do the dirty work isn't too much better, but at least he's taking help from 7 sons as opposed to one.

Speaking of which, you have to wonder what Bowser did with the koopalings. How in Mario's name did he go from having 7 sons to 1 like that? It's really too bad that there's no real story behind the Mario franchise so that we could debate where they all take place!

Speaking of which, we might need a random thread in order to discuss the chronological order of the Legend of Zelda franchise for no reason whatsoever.

Maybe Bowser comes from a separate species just like that, except only composed of...oh wait, Bowser did have a daughter, darn. So he has a wife after all...then again, maybe the poor man just adopts little kids?

Huh you're right, that thing actually is pretty interesting:

After being scolded by Bowser, Kootie Pie and Big Mouth felt convinced that King Dad wasn't their true father, and ventured to Hollywood to try and find their real one. The two Koopalings used their sceptors to bring a Madzilla robot to life and convinced him that he was their father.

So the Koopalings have even questioned Bowser's being their daddy. Wonder if they even know who their mother is. Still say it's concubine Peach myself.

-shrugs- I'm more used to video game wikis talking about the characteres story and stuff, but I couldn't tell you much more about Marios story other then he is a plumber that constantly tries to save the a girl who gets kidnapped. Then again, I'm not a Mario fan (never even got close to beating one due to boredom) so what do I know?

Once again, nobody commented on my talk about sidekicks. Argh.

As for my own response, the Luigi has major plus over the princess in that he doesn't keep getting kidnapped, but Link needs Zelda a good deal more than Mario needs Luigi. Plus Luigi often stays out of the adventure, which can be just as bad as being kidnapped or even worse.

Zelda is as much a sidekick as Peach is. That is, useful in what, one or two games and a worthless kidnapped princess in the others?
