Come
on, let's get me on the leaderboard for the first time in my 8 years of
picking. I always lose a match RIGHT before I come close to getting on
it.. and I was positive the curse would strike again and Kefka would

Kerrigan sucks at everything, though. We don't have a good read on Arthas for 1v1. This could just be a big Old Square/Dissidia boost. Of course, it could just as easily be Knux/Arthas being weak (both understandable). Tidus/Sub-Zero should be a good indicator on whether there really is a Dissidia boost. If Tidus crushes Sub-Zero, the boost likely exists. --- Not Wylvane |

'Arthas
is a 4-way wonder' is a cop-out answer considering every other match
leading up to now has pointed us in the exact opposite direction. Kefka just...augh, this match just can't be explained. --- KrahenProphet lived up to his name. |

Never been on the leaderboard before this contest (or even close to being on it) and this year I'm on for 1/2 a day before my first mistake comes up and then I don't make another mistake for awhile. Now I'm one of the 13 people that have only missed one match but aren't on the leaderboard, and here's my mistake number 2. I probably won't even be close with other predictions of mine, like Tidus, Belmont, and Missingno. Not to mention Snake > Cloud near the end. Yeah
and he's not slowing down much at all. He'll keep this up.. build a
huge lead before Arthas comes close to making any cuts, if at all. This

be fair, WoW has been talked about as something that would benefit from
4-ways since before the first 4-way contest, I believe. There is a real

surprised by this match at all. Kefka has cost my bracket in each of
his last 5 appearances, most of them right before I crack the top 50.
So what do I do this year? Tell myself no matter how much you love
Kefka, you must finally pick him to lose. Stop getting burned by him
every year. So I pick him to lose. Anybody wanna guess how many points
I have. That's right, 25. Wouldn't be a contest without Kefka costing me points. *votes for Kefka* I only wish he had an easier second round opponent. Would have been fun to see him battle a lot of the other people in round 2. Kefka vs Knuckles, who you got? --- You can't run away from trouble, there ain't no place that far. |

not going to claim Kefka was an obvious pick here... but looking at the
last stats topic... jesus christ, why did ANYONE think 4-way stats were
legit? I mean come the **** on. Do you not remember how much absolutely
ridiculous crap happened in 4-ways once we switched to it? I can't

agree, there were just too many variables in 4-packs to make me take
them with any concrete confirmation. At best, they were a decent way to

that's the problem... why would you use 4-way stats and try to justify
them against results we've had so far this contest? most of those
people were complete unknowns to begin with, and Sonic team has been
falling since forever. All you had to do is look at 1v1 stats, and then
see what happened the first time we had a 4-way... or the 2nd. --- Can't stop, won't stop. |

If
you want to use 1v1, then Diablo beat Kefka... and in general, Diablo
and Arthas are the two main icons of Blizzard. So even if you don't
want to look at 4ways, why would it be that out there to consider
