Strangely
enough, I have a good friend from Ontario, and I don't think I've ever
heard him call it "pop." Maybe it's a regional thing in Canada like it

I got technically FOUR teams on my side, through blood, nationality and

And
don't even get me started on unemployment rates. Consumerism and the
fallout from people going into debt is the consumer's fault, not the
free market's. If you don't spend outside your means, you don't go
broke if you hit some bad luck. The only major issue there is health
care, which admittedly is one of the world's worst. I'm appalled at how
the GOP doesn't want to help reform that system. I don't care how much
money insurance companies feed to your campaigns; if you're a party for
the people, then you legislate for the people. It's why I usually have
more respect for governors than I do people in Washington. --- How does it feel when all you're counting on is scatterbrained? |

As
much as the NHS sucks, it's actually saved my life twice, stupid rare
diseases, heck one of them appears in prince of tennis but the guy goes
through surgery, that's not the real life treatment for that illness!

let's not get into health care. no system of health care is ideal
unless it's nonprofit; that is, the motivation for caring is not
profit, but the actual providing of care itself. in the case of Canada,
the government profits; in the case of the US, companies profit. each
