60/40 sounds like a good target for Bowser to aim at. Frog did a couple percent better against Scorpion in 2007 than Midna did.

I believe Frog can get 45%. BELIEVE.

Actually, Ganondorf got 64% on Frog last year, albeit with 2 other RPG characters in the poll, and I wouldn't take Ganon over Sora, so 60% is probably too low a target for Bowser.

Based purely on the number of votes Laharl and Prinny got, Prinny gets 45.56% on Laharl. Very unreliable, but these are based on the number of votes each character has in the first hour, where Laharl's beating his opponent with 58.29% and Prinny was losing to his by 38.94%.

Just some interesting trivia that would make me want to pick Prinny over Laharl 1v1.

I'm not feeling that confident about Arthas anymore. I mean, Kefka has almost everything going in his favor:

-Better pic than he normally gets
-Night match
-New game
-Arthas not benefiting from hype like last contest.

All that combined with year over year changes could be enough to give him the win.

Arthas still has this, but I don't know if it's gonna be by as large as margin as most people think.

1. Kefka's pic is better than usual? Better that bathrobe Kefka, maybe, but it's still not great.
2. Arthas is 100% a night character as well.
3. I did hear he sucks in Dissidia, though.
4. A WoW expansion containing Arthas was released recently, I think.

I'd take Midna over Liquid Snake. Her match against Sora shows that Midna's performance in 2008 wasn't a fluke and she does have a fair amount of strength.

I think you already can fight Arthas. Not 100% sure though.

Currently 3/4 wings of Icecrown Citadel (the dungeon he's the boss of) is open. He is in the final wing and should be opened up within a week or two. But really, you can't play WoW these days without Arthas everywhere. He's on loading screens, he's related to nearly every quest in Northrend, and he appears in a lot of quests himself. Last contest Wotlk wasn't even out yet; it was only hype. IF anything, I'd expect him to be stronger since then, because people who play WoW would have seen him now and haven't seen him if they weren't paying attention to the hype last contest.
