Well,
the point is that Zidane has looked impressive in one match ever:
Beating Shadow last year, and after seeing Sonic Team this year, it
looks considerably less impressive. He's looked horrible every other

Claptrap would double Fawful. I'd also hope I wouldn't be the only person to choose Claptrap in that situation. Borderlands wasn't that unknown, and handheld characters suck unless they're Pokemon or Golden Sun characters facing Master Chief. --- Not Wylvane |

just looked up some YouTubes of this Claptrap fellow, because I didn't
really know who he was either; and I think he's either one of the best
characters of the bracket, or one of the worst. I honestly can't decide

GlaDOS/Zidane and Fawful/Claptrap would have been better matches, yeah...I'd probably take Zidane and Claptrap in those. Knowing what we know now, I'd definitely choose Claptrap over Fawful. Knowing
what we know now, I'd definitely choose Claptrap over Fawful.
GlaDOS/Zidane is another story, but I'd probably go with GlaDOS. Honestly, looking at this poll I would pick GlaDOS in a heartbeat. I really don't have faith in Zidane anymore. --- ...Just repeat to yourself / It's just a show / I should really just relax... |

What results is it giving me when I change the URL to "FR" then? I'm not sure. I don't know why the results are slightly different than the world results when you try out country codes that shouldn't work at all. Here is the percentage that showed up for Zidane when I tried out several country codes that don't work: France - 63.55% Portugal - 63.51% Spain - 63.61% Norway - 63.59% Denmark - 63.54% And for reference, Zidane is at 63.62% (as of the 12:50 AM update). so on a slightly different topic the marketing budget for Mass Effect 2 is amazingly big. They're hyping it like crazy, getting 2:30 minute commercials in the middle of the NFL Playoff games... This sounds a lot like Halo type of marketing. The idea of a Dissidia-boost still seems up in the air at this point; Sonic-crew has fallen harder than most of us originally thought and Claptrap's new. never understood people using this match as a gauge for Dissidia. We
had very little idea about how strong Zidane really was, much less
Claptrap, and surely people weren't expecting a huge boost from
Dissidia? A small or even moderate boost would be completely invisible
to us in a match like today's, at least until we see Zidane/Ike next
