Ken's looking like he probably has a 70% chance or more of winning this match. (That's also, IIRC, the statistical probability of winning a baseball game against an equally skilled opposing team if you are up by 1 run in the third).

If he can double his lead to 300, I'd feel safe in calling the match for him.

RE boosting would be bad for Ryu either way. If RE boosted, then Leon's chances of winning that match should Ryu beat Dante go up.
