It used to be Sonic/Crono in 2006, where Sonic came back from 2250 or so vote. I think Magus/Sandbag in 2008 topped that, though.

Speaking of which, does Crono get night matches? Because if so, we're probably going to see Crono from 2k4, NOT the Crono from 2k8. I've got plenty of respect for CT's lead when he doesn't have to deal with the day.

The biggest comeback that ended with the person doing the comeback winning is still Sonic/Crono I think, at around 2250 votes. Magus/Sandbag fell short by about 100 votes. The biggest comeback with the person coming back taking the lead but ultimately losing is Master Chief/Frog from 2004- Frog was leading by around 2400 votes before the ASV.

The most impressive comeback ever is probably Donkey Kong/Duck Hunt. Donkey Kong led by 3200 before the ASV (in a year with pretty low votals) and ended up winning by about 100. Duck Hunt ran out of time in the end.
