All
of Tifa's matches in recent years have been /SFFLFF affairs or Female
Bracket nonsense. There's no real way to quantify her, but I just think

I'd
take Cid and Aerith both to beat Gordon, so I'll be pretty surprised if

don't think there's any way GameFAQs or the internet in general will
let Gordon lose to MC here. I think they're statistically on the same

I'd pick Freeman over MC too. Hell, I'd pick him over Aeris at this point. Tifa? He'd need a huge rally, and HaRRicH already pointed out all the reasons why Gordon won't likely benefit from such a rally. Tifa's the easy favorite, and as strong as I think Gordon has become, he's not beating a near-elite or whatever the hell you call it. Though Gordon > Tifa isn't unfeasible, and it'd be a hilarious upset with Gordon finally conquering TJF that embarrassed him so badly in 2002. Still think Tifa's the huge favorite, though, and I don't think Steam will bail him out here like they did at Gamespot. --- Not Wylvane |

don't understand the series contest. But FFXIII is going to be way bigger than FFXII (it's had like 10 times the hype literally), while TP was possibly the most hyped game here since contests started with the possible exception of Brawl. We don't know anything about Zelda Wii yet, and there isn't that much time to build expectations for it between now and December, while TP was announced at E3 2004. take spots 1-9. Also, there will be so many FF and Zelda games in that

has to be received really, really well. Everyone knows the Nintendo

Wow Star Ocean in second now. ODST pretty much killed itself at getting a final 3 spot (it wasn't likely anyways). don't think they'd combine for 50% in a poll with 20 games, the top 20
games of the last 20 years. (I don't buy the "Is FFVII really the best
game ever" polls. It's like Link vs. Everyone- Link will score way
higher there than in a real poll with every video game character ever
made). 15% would probably be enough to win the poll, 20% would make you

and OoT will SFF over half of the games in the poll into the ground,
and it'll basically become what we had in the Games Contest final: FF

fact, if we put RBY as GOTY for 1996 instead of Mario 64, I think it'd
have a decent shot at taking first. OOT's going to be saddled with at
least 3 other Zelda games and probably overlaps more with stuff like
Mario 3, SMW, and FFVII than RBY does. FFVII will be suffering from
probably 4 other Final Fantasy games plus some minor LFF from Chrono
Trigger. I guess CT could look pretty good in such a poll too, but it
