isn't really all that impressive. I mean, look at this list of games. I

Ah, vote 377 was vote #4 for Comet Crash. Samus/Sam Fisher eat your heart out, that was awesome. And this is a weak field. Uncharted 2's doing what it's supposed to, no surprises here. Uncharted 2 dominating. How tempted should I be to put Nathan Drake over the Boss? it's OK to use Uncharted 2's success here to justify Drake > The
Boss, but not OK for Ninja Gaiden's 2 weak performance to justify Ryu H

Also, the sad thing about that is that I was looking for how DMC has performed in GotY polls. The
Boss is high fodder. I don't think where Niko stands has much relevance
to Drake. Vercetti is the only character from GTA with any strength,

And
for the record, I don't think NG2's performance here has any bearing
whatsoever on how Ryu H does in the contest. He should be as strong as
ever. I'm more pointing out how everyone is predicting a huge Drake boost to propel him from losing to CATS to beating The Boss, just because of his second game. Games =/= characters, Uncharted 1 was similarly strong here, blah blah blah. Uncharted 2 has critical acclaim, but that only does so much, unless you'd pick Tim or Wander over The Boss as well. --- Not Wylvane |

The Boss beating Tails is one of the reason why I have her winning
against Nathan, plus any MGS4 boost. Still take Niko to beat all of

Kong/Tails will always be one of my favorite matches. I knew WCC would
win considering how much the other characters have choked and
embarrassed themselves in the past. It was the perfect way to introduce

Well, The Boss avoided the doubling against Zelda (albeit barely) and got tripled against Tifa. Not sure what that comes out to. *looks at the 2006 stats* Oh right, Tifa/Samus ruins The Boss's value for that year. Samus/Zelda is wonky, too. Well, she got 29% against Vincent in 2007. wouldn't break a sweat against Drake. It would sadly be his strongest
performance since the Villain's Contest or his match against Vercetti,

Well, I ain't takin' Kefka to beat Arthas, so no worries there! Going back to the GOTY poll, Uncharted 2's impressiveness depends on the number of votes this poll gets. If it doesn't get a lot of votes, then I won't worry about it. And the actual GOTY is really where we'll see what it's worth.
