what's scary is that Farmville seems like an eligible candidate for a best game contest and has far more bandwagon potential than Facebook and look at what facebook did in the uk for the music charts.

If it's powered by thousands of Facebook users, who knows. If it's Western-made and online-driven (seems to be the case), bigtime rallying seems much more likely.

That doesn't say that less than 50% use Facebook. It just says that less than 50% use it as their primary social networking site. A lot of people have more than one.

Well, the difference here is that people don't primarily go on Facebook to play Farmville. Plus, most of that huge userbase isn't going to care a bit about Gamefaqs, and won't even bother to come here to vote.

I don't think Farmville would be very strong myself, but if we have another Games contest a couple years from now I'll definitely be trying like hell to get it into the contest. Haven't played the game myself, even as a HM fan (though my sister is pretty into it), but I'd really love to see an actual web game in this contest.

I'd also love to see Nethack, even if it'd be obvious turbo-fodder. Or we could always nominate @!

Chaos Division sure does live up to its name this year. Too many wild cards to count.

I'm banking on Sonic over Lightning purely because XIII hasn't been released in the States yet. Still, Sonic's so weak anymore I have a hard time placing him over Ganondorf in round three.

Kirby vs. Rikku seems like another toss-up despite the seeding. GlaDOS vs. Fawful is really vague. Vivi seems like a sure win against Donkey Kong, but against Altair it's 50-50.

Who will be in the division finals? Will it be Sonic vs. Rikku, Sonic vs. Kirby, Lightning vs. Rikku, Lightning vs. Kirby, Ganondorf vs. Rikku, Ganondorf vs. Kirby, hell if I ****ing know I'm so done with this poo poo

Serious FarmVille underestimation in this topic. I go into my university library and all the computers are taken because people are playing FarmVille. I have friends asking me "Please give me a cow!" No, I don't play your stupid game! Yeah.
