Gaiden games have regularly bombed big time here as well. Prince of
Persia games generally haven't done very well either. Same with

Also... Okay, Vivi vs. Donkey Kong is definetely a bad idea for a rematch. To quote Sirian: "Who's the rat bastid who created THIS map, again? Sheesh. Drag him through town and beat him with clubs made of bundled straw." http://sirian.warpcore.org/civ4/epic-one/epic1-a3.html Just replace "map" with "matchup." And yes, I have been playing a lot of Civilization IV recently. Also started a replay of A Link to the Past (this time the Virtual Console version; last time it was the GBA version), and have picked up from where I left off in Final Fantasy VI Advance. I have also been playing SSBB a bit nowadays; it's been a while since I played it, to be honest. |

Transience's rule for the first round was: If the top seed is odd, then it is a night match. If the top seed is even, then it is a day match. faded really badly yesterday, Today FFXIII is kinda impressive when you
think about it, the competition here does include a lot of big names
and I'd go so far as to say no way is GoW3 less anticipated than
yesterday's winner Dante's Inferno, so for FFXIII to crush everything

@HaRRich and KleenexTissue50: What is so special about me (that you have to say "LMS has arrived" and "LMS'ed")? I will be trying my best to take part in the analyzations for this contest, but I will have to be going through tough tests at school this time! That will certainly be an obstacle, and easily a higher priority (I actually play video games more than most people my age; I'm almost 15 years old). Last contest it was summer vacation for me (since I moved to India, so while I was in summer vacation my US friends were taking exams), so it wasn't such an issue. This time though...I dunno. |

is alright, although I admit I don't read most of his posts. Back in
the early years of CSAD, votals were discussed a lot too, and there is
value to talking about them. Incidentally, I was reading some topics
from 2005 yesterday, and was suprised to see how much more we used the
