So would I, but I'm not saying Phoenix would beat either Tidus or Gordon. Just that he could easily put up 45% on the former. And I highly, highly doubt Jecht has 90% of Tidus' strength. He's barely in FFX, most casual voters won't care about him even if they'd played the game, while Phoenix has SOMETHING of a casual acknowledgement due to being all over the internet.

Oh, ok. I don't think Jecht is going to be strong either.

I'm taking Arthas for that match-Kefka is generally stronger at night but Arthas has the advantage of going live as a boss around the time of his match, like Albion said. It'll still stay close though-I think Arthas benefitted a lot from the 4way format.

I just picked Neku to advance farther than Cid Highwind, and Kirby over Sonic.

augh 12 hour matches makes this impossible to predict.

Alternating between day and night matches is a cool idea too. Unfortunately Crono and Vincent both got wasted by getting put in places where they have almost 100% set paths, and there's a lot of SFF in general. 1v1 overrides all of that though.

One thing you should realize is that this isn't just going to be taking 12-hour slices of a 24-hour match. It's going to change the trends a lot- the biggest thing is probably that most of the early voters who vote right after midnight will vote in day matches right after noon....or sometime in the afternoon. That means I'm predicting......an even more dominant Master Chief ASV!

A 24 hour match would be tough, but Sonic dayvote VS a cult character? Easy points when you think about it.

GlaDOS/Fawful

I'm not confident that Fawful would beat Geno, and I wouldn't pick Geno to beat Glados..

Master Chief/Hayabusa

I agree this is tough, but for some reason I think that the Xboxfans will prefer their mascot over the Ninja...

Kefka/Arthas (at night)

If this poll was 24 hours then I would've picked Arthas without any doubt, now I agree that this is tough.

L-Block/HK-47

A champ vs the dude who won over Lloyd. I don't think the L-Block will just die just because of the format.

Charizard/Duke

How far from Mewtwo do you expect Charizard to be? Would you consider Duke over Mewtwo?

Is this a difficult match? I thought it was a no brainer that Jill will win.

Wright/Jecht

I've no idea, Jecht for being a FFX character and playable in Dissida I guess. But it would be awesome if PW gets to round 2 three contests in a row, and I think the winner of this match will get to round 3.

Ryu/Dante

A very important match, because the winner will easily beat Leon. I'm going with Ryu since he won last time they met and Street Fighter IV.

By "Last 2 Rounds are 24 hours" that's being taken to mean Final + Semifinal, right? Quarterfinals would still be 12-hours, correct?

I can't think of any reason why Final wouldn't be counted there, but just checking again.

I see Missingno as more of a night beast myself, unike most Pokeymanz.

I'm not feeling too comfortable with Ganon and I feel he's weaker than Kirby. Plus, Kirby's victory will still be fresh in people's minds so Kirby>Sonic will most likely happen.

Ganondorf will probably make it close, but still fail.
