Seriously
though (well as serious as you can get doing wild extrapolations with
12-ways), 45% is too much, but if we replaced Meta-Knight with Link and
gave Link 40% by pushing Peach and Marth down to 4% each, and then
splitting the rest of the difference between MK and Link proportionally
among the other characters..... Link gets 88.66% on CATS, about 1% better than he did in 2004. --- Link he come to town to dominate all other characters and trample them down with his sword of more votes. |

including CATS isn't that bad. His early vote hasn't been the same
recently either......his thing is supposed to be to lead anyone for a

His
early vote is diminished in larger polls, but he's still a contest
tradition. I can see where you're coming from if you want the 128
strongest and most interesting (in terms of potential) characters in
there and can't afford room for CATS, but every year we get weak crap
rallied for that both have no chance of advancing and are not nearly as

years later, I'm not sure getting CJayC to move the poll start time to
midnight was such a good idea. I think the 3 AM trend patterns gave us
more intereting matches, at the cost of having the beginning and end of
matches be inaccessible here on the East Coast without losing lots of
