at the time I voted. Wow, Emil Castagnier and Maxwell suck with the
early board vote. Considering both of them are from games that Board 8

Simon is fine, but he's failed miserably in every poll he's ever been in seriously I think he's got a higher percentage vs. 11 other characters than he did in his last match. that either says something about the quality of the characters here or the quality of the characters in a real character battle. --- xyzzy |

ToS2 is not a game Board 8 loves. What board are you on? Just about everyone hated Scribbleflops. I've never played Scribblenauts before, so I wouldn't know this. Today's poll has 149 votes less than yesterday's poll at this time and will probably go on to have even worse votals than yesterday's poll. Looks
like both Cid and Aerith are going to draw low seeds that aren't 15 or
16, which pits them against a 3-6 range in 1v1s (eminently beatable) or
with 3-6 seeds in a tag team (possibly a scary team). Something like
Luigi&Cid or Kratos&Aerith could do a lot of damage. --- RPGuy netbook remix |

Ok, I think that my theory about these polls letting in the bottom 16 seeds might be true. If there were going to be 128 characters in the contest, than logic says that 64 already got in, and we're doing these polls to determine the other half. The only problem with that is, we would have to do something like 8 polls where the top 8 advance to get it done in a reasonable manner and: A) That seems like a lot to advance per poll B) Do there seem to be enough characters left for 4 more of these polls? What other "bubble" people are left in addition to the 64 who already made it? Not enought for for more polls, IMO. Based on my previous assumptions there should be at least 48 characters who have byes to get into the bracket. My best guess for who they are is listed below. Keep in mind that my list is 55 entrants long, meaning that if I'm right there's probably some sort of ToC/Battle Royale (and I'm counting Mega Man X too, who might not come back): Link Cloud Sephiroth Samus Snake Mario Mega Man Crono Sonic Vincent Squall Sora Auron Tifa Luigi Bowser Yoshi Pikachu Mewtwo L-Block Ryu Leon Alucard Dante Riku Phoenix Wright Gordon Freeman Knuckles Ike Magus WCC Zero Tidus Zack Ganondorf Zelda Kirby Ryu H.
