These modern games are all just weak, people- wait until it hits some real competition! True, although Brawl/TP/RE4 and possibly MGS4 are a cut above the rest here. Princess has not impressed me at all this contest, while Brawl has been
DOMINANT in three matches. I'd be stunned if Brawl didn't lay down the

pretty agreeable, although I question the placement of RBY and LttP.
RBY should probably be under FFX, and LttP is probably somewhere in

Brawl
winning anything would make this the worst contest ever. It was already

really isn't very surprising that Brawl is killing this poll, and it
doesn't necessarily imply that Brawl is a top 10 game or that it will

I'm not liking this Brawl to the finals business. I doubt it's more popular than Melee to a noticeable extent, and if it can beat FFX, so can Melee most likely, which would doom either of their shots at making the finals. As of now I'd peg the odds of making the finals at: FFVII: 100% OoT: 100% FFX: 63% LttP: 50% SMB3: 25% Pokemon R/B/Y: 20% SMW: 18% MGS4: 10% LoZ: 5% RE4: 5% SM64: 2% Brawl: 2% --- FastFalcon owned me in the Guru Contest! |

as yesterday's winners. 15 people scored half points and lived. Heh, I love when 50 vote gains are considered stalls. Brawl gained 124 on the 12:10 AM update, so a 50 vote gain is a pretty big drop from 124. There's around 20 games that could be 'Top 10'. I'm wary enough of

Brawl
is about as untested as it gets. When the strongest game you've faced
is a PS3-exclusive, that's not good, even if that game is MGS4. Next

dunno what 'established' competition is unless you mean 'stuff from
2004'. Brawl's taken down the 2007 GOTY and runner up, and is now
beating the hell out of the 2008 runner up. nothing's been close to it.

honestly tell me 10 games you'd put over brawl I posted a top 20 list a couple hours ago with 11 games ahead of Brawl. In the Oracle, I have Brawl beating MGS4 with about 55.5%. It looks like it'll end around there, or a bit lower. So, this match has given me no reason to change my prior opinion, and I'll take all 11 of those games over Brawl still. --- Link he come to town to win the Gamefaqs Contests. |

Of course, if Brawl puts a hurt on TP, I'll consider it an elite game, but there'll still be questions after this. I mean, MGS4 is in prime position to finish closer to Brawl than MGS3 did to TP.
