Mario isn't putting up much resistance at all. CT should kill the night vote much more than last round based on this. --- Demyx is better than Axel. |

Goldeneye and Mario 64 are two of the biggest N64 games. CT is a Square game How would they overlap? There has never been any evidence presented that being in a poll with another day vote game hurts the day vote of those who traditionally win it. If Goldeneye has such a powerful day vote that it is stealing percentage away from SM64, there's no reason to think it wouldn't be stealing *even more* away from Chrono Trigger. --- FastFalcon owned me in the Guru Contest! |

Hmm....I'm
tied for 161th place right now (what?). I wonder if I'll be able to get
into the top 100 tomorrow- I figure most of the brackets at the top
backed Mario given that they're up there because they've presumably

Don't
want to jinx it, but I really like CT here. It will probably pick up
400ish this hour, and a similar number the next hour. It'll probably

I'm busting out all the CT stuff i own for this match. OST, the original SNES game cartridge, ps1 version, ds remake, and the CT poster i got as a bonus when i made the order. By the way, this is the most votes at the end of the Power Hour since FFVII's round one match. It's a good thing that E3 will be coming up in a few days from now. E3 starts on June 2nd, which is the day of the first round 4 match (SMB/LoZ/SMB3/SMW). Once E3 starts, the gaming news announcements will increase site traffic which will help the votals out. doesn't need 1500 by morning though. 1000 should suffice- it'll lose a
bit with the morning and then gain a bit with the DSV to get up over
that 1100 I'm pegging Mario's ASV potential as. Or it can be like FFVI
yesterday and lose nothing with the morning and gain nothing with the
DSV, which accomplishes the same thing. If this is close in the end..... It's Chrono Trigger, but it's also Mario, the grand master of close matches himself. --- Link he come to town to win the Gamefaqs Contests. |

Last
round was a weekend match, so we can certainly see some different
trends here. I don't think CT is doing well enough yet, but we'll see
if it starts gaining more in an hour or two. --- FastFalcon and Solid Snake snapped my neck in the guru contest. |

is an important mark- Mario gained about 3% from CT's peak to the end
last round. I reckon he'll do a bit less today, but I'd feel much
