FFIV
isn't going to end this far down- Mario World is probably going to
freefall until morning. I never thought these Mario games would LFF
very much, and took SMW here, but Zelda 1 is a much stronger game

to FFVI and the voters seeing FF and Zelda and becoming angry, and then
CT crushing LTTP/LoZ/SMB3 with the power of LFF and bandwagoning,

just isn't popular enough to take advantage of this split. add in that
Mario 3 / World is a unique kind of split in that everyone likes both
games and you've got what I thought was a pretty easy pick. it could

easily the most votes of any poll. 4chan didn't stuff 10-15000 votes
either, so I dunno what's up there, but if I had to call one match out

was pretty confident in SMW until the round 1 match, and regained said
confidence after the round 2 match. Square before FFVI is weak- FF1 and

again, I think being named "Final Fantasy" probably got FF1 a ton of
series/franchise votes. Put "Final Fantasy I" in there and it does a
