Well
that depends on what we define to be fodder, I suppose. But however you
define it, Halo is weak. It's like Kefka, people are always amazed by
how weak it turns out to be, year after year, with the difference being
that once in a while Microsoft hypes it and it gains decent strength

was PC-GotY here too and did pretty well in the overall-GotY poll, all
things considered...the only bad part was that Gears of War beat it
there and in the 360-GotY and we saw Gears bomb, but I don't think
that's representative of Oblivion's strength. That was simply Gears

go with true on that -- just compare how MC did against Dante from 2007
to 2008 (though DMC4 did come between those contests, but the gap is

Halo
in general thrives when there's deafening hype, which is why Master
Chief was so strong in 2007 and then was nothing special in 2008. So
yeah, if this were 2007 Halo would probably be a whole lot more

doing so much better at day then MGS3 makes me wonder if Fallout 3 can
do the same against MGS4 in a couple of days. Since Fallout is

It's
1300 down and falling. Well, I wouldn't expect a rally to get going
until 8 or so anyways, when Starcraft's rallies always got started and

But
by that time, it'll be down like 2000 and would lose more ground
naturally with no rallying, so really WoW would have to rally 2500+
votes here in 4 hours in that scenario. Pretty unlikely given that no

also had seven hours left when 8:00 hit, not four. WoW would have to
rally now and rally hard, or else 4chan will have the biggest impact

I think thats part of the reason Blizzard games are so much better at night. lower votals so rallying is more noticable. WoW
isn't naturally strong at the SNV though. It was I believe its worst
timeframe in the Hogger match last year and in round 1 this year; very
possibly in the Arthas's matches too (remember Ike not doing much at
the start of the ASV but then continuing to make big cuts well after 8

It
doesn't bother me as far as MGS3 > MGS2 goes. The 360's already left
more of a legacy here than the Xbox and Oblivion was much better
received both here and in general. I'd expect Oblivion to beat

Nah,
MGS3 isn't making up that 55-45 match-up, but I think it could become a
53-47 match pretty reasonably and I'm almost certain the SFF falls

MGS3 - ~56% on Oblivion MGS2 - ~64% on Morrowind how do we feel about this? I'd expect Oblivion to be much stronger than Morrowind, honestly. Though this is speaking from a limited knowledge of the Elder Scrolls, Oblivion was just that much better and just that much more well-received. Getting tripled by FFX isn't that great of a performance by Morrowind. Shenmue did that. I think MGS3 could've beaten KH there. So Symphonia falls to this group, either way it held pretty good despite such competition. I'm sure Albion is a bit peeved that his rally failed him this time as WoW is quite behind Oblivion.
