SMB looking awesome. My years of telling people the game was an absolute beast validated :) I was telling people before the contest started that SMB might be the single most important entrant, because while it'll get mauled by SMB3 SFF, it could still hold SMB3 back a lot - enough for FFIV (or FF1) to place, and perhaps even win a quarterfinal match. Which then could cost FF7 against LttP in the semis if a FF makes it but LoZ doesn't! isn't that strong guys, this is merely a result of a good chunk of the
voterbase not knowing any of the games. Expect it to collapse against

Wow,
SMB is scoring 57.37% on Zelda right now (at the freeze), but that
should drop a bit before this match ends. Absolutely insane that it can
outdo SMB3's final result on Zelda. SMB should drop in percentage while

just think that if you replace Ninja Gaiden with something relevant to
today's gamers like GTA4 or something, that you'd see a much closer
