Huge couple of updates coming up here. Regardless of what this site thinks, we know at least this board doesn't care much for FFXII, and Gordon was a bracket favorite. Gordy ain't in the clear yet.

Well, what did you expect. Zelda has done nothing but disappoint this entire contest. I don't care that LoZ and Lttp got joke packs. OoT should have cleared 55% at LEAST. MM was a huge flop. WW got massacred.

I feel better about Half-Life 2 five minutes in then I did about Resident Evil 4 yesterday. I'd feel really good about Twilight Princess if it climbed to 40% like its Zelda brethren, but I'm not sure about that happening.

Oh hey, KHII beat RE4 in the U.S. Pretty impressive. KH is like the only Square series that performs better in the U.S. compared to its total performance.

Yep, people are calling this too early. Metroid Prime had about the same lead at the freeze. We won't even go into the subject of Crono's 150 vote lead over Vincent in 2007.....well, I went there already, it seems.

I'd be content with either result. HLII was great, I have it in my bracket, and I want it to win, but that could doom RE4, which I have in the semis. A FFXII win takes away two points now, but it at least gives me a much better shot at an extra 4 next round.

I don't like FF12 but I wanted it to go to round 2 purely so RE4 could advance.

RE4 doesn't seem like the type that would benefit from rougher competition on all sides

It's not like there's any real time frame for FFXII to mount a comeback in. It and HL2 have pretty similar trends.
