The only reason I am not completely confident in Phoenix Wright is the possibility of Zelda SFFing it. Phoenix's fanbase has always been Nintendo-based, as his percentage relative to Magus dropped heavily once Mario entered the picture.

On the other hand, he held up fairly decently against Bowser, and he appeared much stronger in 2008 than in 2007, anyway. Hopefully, that trend will continue.
