I'm also worried about CoD4. Casual shooters have ALL sucked in this contest, for some reason. Maybe they are just too casual? I can buy that reason for the CoDs, Gears, and possibly Half-Life and GTA. Not Halo though. |

Halo
3 60-40'd ME like a year and a half ago, already a few months after its

people making uneducated guesses. There was no reason to expect a game
that finished 26th last game contest to somehow get a massive boost in
5 years, when its aged horribly. It finished 7th on The List. You could say The List isn't credible but neither is the 2k4 X-Stats. --- Shall I take you with me? To the place in this town where wishes come true... |

Left 4 Dead makes a problem for Halo 3. Look at the SA/GOW/TOS/Oblivion
match we just had. Both RPGs advanced, both action games lost. Yeah
Fallout 3 and ME are a lot more similar than TOS and Oblivion, but Halo

I'm not ignoring you. Gaddswell was the only one to respond to any posts i made so far tonight until you posted that. I made 2 posts earlier that no one responded to: I'm seriously considering PW over HL2 for third place now. Am i nuts? And Left 4 Dead makes a problem for Halo 3. I don't want PW to finish last as much as the next guy, but I think it's gonna end up like that Phoenix / Gordon match a while back that broke GFNW. PW does better than expected, but Gordon pulls through. As for the other match, I think Mass Effect affects Fallout 3 more. the pace that RE4 is going at, it should be able to hit that 1500 vote

this point KHII>KH seems reasonable enough,I can't see RE4 being a
an outside top 15 game tbh,the way these two are so far ahead of gears
jus mean they are strong. Replace San andreas or GTA III with gears and that game would probably have in the 20% range in those two matches,now unless Oblivion and Diablo2 are weak,i'd say RE4 and KHII are pretty damn strong. --- It's not fair if FF is in the title it always wins. http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=2455 |
