Perhaps Master Chief's day vote is better than Halo's day vote. The only other times we've seen "Halo" in a match: Halo/Starcraft: Halo had a tiny lead on Starcraft at the beginning of the ASV and extended it to 1100 before Starcraft came back and overran it with its insane rally-powered second night vote. 1100 votes in 1v1, starting from a more or less tied match.....not that impressive. Halo/Castlevania: Halo's comeback against Castlevania failed to materialize. --- Link he come to town to win the Gamefaqs Contests. |

Okay,
new Halo cut. It's taking down that lead, but very, very, VERY slowly.
It needs to start taking out 20 votes or so if it wants to come back. |

Halo's done it! The lead is below 500 now (at 499...MC is screwing with
me here). Now it's really looking like a comeback. I'd like for KotOR
to win, but still, I'll be happy if Chief wins after a long and hard
comeback. |

I'm
not sure about it. Chief is going sloooooow, and we don't know how well
KotOR does at night. Halo needs to start cutting thirty votes per
update before we can call it over, or KotOR needs to completely BOMB
its night vote. Given how terribly Halo collapsed collapsed when only 5
hours were left, I'll have to see how it does then before calling the
match. |

Nah, joke aside, thirty votes will do nicely if it doesn't just stop gaining votes completely at night or KotOR gets a surge. Given how slow this is going, thirty votes will probably look like Halo is finally using its GAME FUEL. Let's see.... 456 votes to go. At 30 votes per update, the match would be tied in...15 updates or so. ...Nah, Halo is screwed. It needs to go berserk to win this. |

440 votes left, and only a 16 vote cut. Damn! Don't trust Halo to win this without at least doubling or tripling its gains, folks. Both MC and Halo collapsed in an almost comical fashion 19 hours into the poll, and their opponents took a pretty easy win after that. Halo has three hours before it starts going down, and, at this rate, its not going to make up the lost ground fast enough. |

Nope,
it doesn't have it...but Halo collapsed hilariously back in the day,
and MC did the same, so why should we expect it to do different now?
Given how slowly Halo is going, and how consistently KotOR is doing,
Halo will need a bigger push to win this. |

is holding up pretty well here. Just too bad that it didn't build up a

a good point. Games are different from characters, but the matches I
posted showed an uncanny similarity. We'll see if Halo has changed as
much as MC soon, anyway. There's about two hours and twenty minutes

Guys - never listen to a word Harrich says from now on. The man is illiterate! Simmer down, Mister Halo > SW:KotOR In My Bracket! =P Thanks again for the spared Dining Dollars, by the way. (we met up and had lunch today with 'pooooooooooooot, and it was epically epic) As for the match at hand...Halo's going strong, but I'm not convinced it'll ever pull away enough to keep SW:KotOR out of it. "till what?" Last time we saw it, all those years ago, Halo collapsed 19 hours into the poll. I'm waiting to see if the game has kept its trends static or it the shift has stopped it from going down horribly like it has with the Chief. It'll be interesting to see how close the game has remained to its main character in trends. |
