Oh, also forgot to touch on Chrono Cross a little. CC being there only
hurts IX's chances even more. I don't see it weighing it down
substantially because...well, I just don't peg CC to be worth much of
anything (watch it DEFY ALL ODDS and take second now), but anything
that even saps IX a little is going to be a disadvantage. Add in
ZELDABEAST and its basically whoever can pick up what Ocarina doesn't

I think we could use FFIV as a good gauge of how FFIX is going to do.
Subtract votes because of the hate it takes, add them back in due to
recency, then reduce the amount it pulls by a good bit and you have
FFIX, more or less. I'd give it a win over HL, but its gonna be close,
and if CC overperforms, its toast. Of course, there's always the possibility that CC becomes a powerhouse and takes second, but I'm not counting on it. A man can dream, right? |

| What's Starcraft doing not impressing with the
night, anyway? It did much better in 2004...though it was facing Halo,

Starcraft was never very good with the first night vote....it's just an
absolute monster with the second night vote. It would get like 51% in
the FNV, 47% during the day, and then 60%+ with the second night vote. --- Link he come to town to win the Gamefaqs Contests. |

FACT/FICTION Starcraft will wind up with over 70% of the Asia vote Fiction. A single country a whole continent does not make (no, not even Australia, which is as close as you can get to country = continent), and FF is loved in Japan. It's up there with Dragon Quest for favorite series, I believe. |

I find it somewhat funny that most of those causing problems by
spamming the board with such topics keep getting rebuffed by most of
B8's regulars,FFVIII isn't really that hated on the board tbh,ain't
