There's 4 conclusions we can draw here: 1) Majora's Mask is being really hurt by it's picture and N64 SFF here 2) Link's Awakening beats Majora's Mask comfortably 3) Majora's Mask > LA, but MMX and FF6 are incredibly weak 4) R/B/Y is a threat to get out of this division --- Like Darth Maul, the bastard child of Michael Flatley and Hellboy. -trancer1 |

Such a shame that R/B will be up against SFF and Ocarina so early. if there's one thing I've learned from the character battles, it's that Pokemon does *not* get SFFed. it stood up great to Luigi. it handled Samus like a champ. Pokemon won't die off in the face of OOT - I would say that it has a much better chance of standing up to it than any other Nintendo game. every other game is in OOT's shadow except for RBY. now, it might still lose, that wouldn't be too surprising. Even with this performance, I still can't fathom Link's Awakening being

It is a great game and people who like it speak VERY highly of it, but it is a very strange game and doesn't have that "Zelda" image like LTTP, OOT or even LA contain. It's hard for me to describe, but MM was so very different in atmosphere and tone from the other Zelda games it's like a different series entirely at times. Link's Awakening > Majora's Mask makes a ton of sense. I've been
saying it since the beginning of the contest, though I'll admit I
haven't really been too vocal about it. You have to think
proportionally to the system. Majora's Mask is way less important to
the N64 than Link's Awakening to the GB. Now, you can claim the N64 is
a bigger system-- but I'll disagree with you till the end on that. --- So I lost a bet to creativename (yeah...hardly shocking). Like usual, I should've known better! FACT: Halo 3 was 1000% responsible for Master Chief's boost. |

Even if Majora's Mask is seventh in Zelda standings, such a performance
suggests (guarantees?) that Pokemon would be currently beating: Link's Awakening The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker Twilight Princess Super Mario World Basically, this makes it look rosy to beat anything not named "Ocarina, Link to the Past, Mario 3, or Super Mario Bros." And hell, it might take out three of those. I'm not going to make excuses here. If there's anything Pokemon that will be strong it's R/B/Y. All the
kiddies that go to the site now grew up with that tripe when the fad
was at it's peak. The only people who play the new Pokemon games are

| MM's getting 70.83% on PD. Using 2004 SotN/PD
match and SotN escaping a doubling from Mario 64, MM and SM64 would be
