Am I the only one so used to 2 highlighted sticky topics from Bacon
that I sometimes can't see the stats topic when it's at the top of the

Hey not bad... I got my 8 right... I was suprised at the ones I missed though: T - Team Fortress 2- Don't feel bad about missing this one- nope- not one bit! G - Goldeneye- sucked away half my life my freshman year in college... for shame I missed this one E - Fire Emblem- on my top 10 list I never played but should have... E - Deus Ex- another for shamer... jeez.. Thanks you two for putting up a response... And yeah, I made that banner which everyone seems to be praising. And wierdly enough I didn't actually submit it. I thought it was ugly and only posted it in the topic as a mockup for someone to use a similar idea and then it went up on the front page. I asked Bacon about it and he said that someone had submitted it through the form from my account on my IP. --- But yeah. |

I had said 2nd place here would get at least 13%, I was wrong about that :) SMBeast just tearin' it up. Also I had no idea LoZ held DK to under 13%. My Oracle would've been a lot better if I had known that and used x-stats for this match, setting DH=DK and SMB=LoZ. --- Save_Us.RAT BREAK THE BLOCK DOWN |

No, I'd made the banner, posted it in the banner topic and someone ON
MY IP, so from my computer submitted it. But I don't know who the hell
did that. Or why. I've had a few people over who I know have accounts, so it's possible it was one of them. But I mean... *shrug* --- Whatever. |

I made the DWIII pic, Xuxon made the LoZ pic...no clue who had Contra and Metroid. Shame, because Zen's Contra pic was way better. I think Contra is kind of screwed now. --- FastFalcon believed in Snake. I didn't. |

| I just realzied something. FF1 was released in
1987 in Japan, and got a 1990 american release, thus its in the second

Dragon Warrior 3 probably fit better in this division. --- Donkey Kong Country 2's path to Best Game Ever '09. vs. Super Mario RPG, Goldeneye, Resident Evil 2. Ugh, my top 3 games in the same match. |

Does anybody else think the pics are too inconsistent? For some games
they are boxart, for others they are in game sprites, some are a
creative mix, others showcase a single character. It would have been
more fair if SB had kept it all consistent. For example, I think Mega
Man 2 would have done much better if it's pic was like Super Mario Bros
today. Tomorrows pic is the most mixed of all: anime style art, awkward
in game sprites, Samus, and boxart/sprite. --- You can't run away from trouble, there ain't no place that far. |

And "debating is fun even if you're on the losing side" might be the most reasonable thing I've ever heard in the stats topic. This has been my philosophy for years! And probably Lopen's, too, though probably you should replace "even" with "especially!" And by the way, I heard far more complaining about Civilization being in the wrong division than I did DWIII, for what it's worth.
