Aside from both of those polls reminding just how terrible the Wii
library is (lol wii) there is no way to quantify the competition.
Although one would think Mario Kart Wii beats everything else in the
2007 poll. Take Galaxy if you want, but if there's one thing I'm sure about this contest it's Brawl beating Galaxy, and by a lot. --- Like Darth Maul, the bastard child of Michael Flatley and Hellboy. -trancer1 |

If it does win it won't be a lot. MGS4 wouldn't beat Galaxy by a lot. The only argument you have is your own personal opinion about the game and Brawl's hype. If that were the case, why did it do terrible? Forget MGS4 franchise voting; Fallout 3 simply would not beat CoD4 easily. The 2007 poll also released in the middle of NintendoFAQs while people
have been turned off by Nintendo since shortly after Brawl came out. It

I'd take both over COD4 - Brawl vs. Galaxy is one of those things where
they'll split hard and if they both advance, they're screwed. if one
goes down early, the other probably takes first in the division final.

I've got CoD4 coming in 1st for the first two rounds simply because
it's relatively close to Galaxy already and will be taking advantage of

I've been debating CoD > SMG in round 1. On the one hand, that GotY
poll is pretty damning, but on the other, Nintendo has really fallen
since then, CoD has picked up a lot of steam as a series and CoD was

Oh yeah, I agree, CoD4 should take first place twice before
respectfully bowing out -- it'll be fun to see it battle FO3 for third
place in the Division Finals. Alright, so it's official: if SSBB > SMG, BT gets my sig. If SMG > SSBB, I get BT's sig. I propose the loser keeps their sig changed until the Guru champion is decided. Any opposition? --- Prototype Shorthand, do you speak it?! |

I also think Halo 3 hurt CoD4 though, plus I still doubt a recent
Pokemon game will just roll over to most Nintendo games despite that
poll. SMG can take first anyway in the first round, but I like CoD4

I like COD4 > Galaxy for round 2. That's part the Mario name (which
I think holds more weight than Smash Bros. at this point), part that
Galaxy has been the most well received game on the system, and part the
fact that I don't think SMG has any trouble with MGS 1v1. Nothing that

Am I the only one who thinks that Diamond/Pearl beats Phantom Hourglass
if you hold a poll today? PH was probably benefiting somewhat from
being recent in that poll. It was a big X-Mas gift that year. I
remember it jumping to Number 1 on the FAQ List and staying there for a
