Woah! What the **** got into Kirby here? Sure Sonic's not doing well or
anything, but based off of Sephiroth it's not any worse than what he'd
be expected to do based on his match with Auron. Kirby's the one

Oh yes. ExTha has been stuffing for Kirby which is why Kirby has been

| Kirby still ahead and by even more than last
night, now THAT'S what I want to see. Also the power of Kirby and Sonic
unite to actually bring down Sephiorth's FF7 trends of always
increasing throughout the match. woo! Still, crazy stuff today. Even Jill > Ocelot can kinda be explained by going "bubububu CLOUD". Just forget who she lost to in 2006 and it's all good! This one can only be explained if you're willing to make some bold SFF claims (which I am aww yeah) --- This is not my GameFOX sig... Therefore, it doesn't exist! |

Nah, it's quite normal for FFVII to stall in the morning on weekends

lolz at Sprottles insane need to rationalize this result. You know, I miss one opening hour in this whole contest and i just so happen to miss the best one. I called this after kirby's big win last round. With how much hes putting up right now, I am willing to call Kirby in the finals and making a legit run at Link. Superstar Ultra and Brawl BOOST confirmed. |

You know, I just realized that had any other N9er besides Cloud (And Sonic, obviously) had taken Sephiroth's spot, he might not have even advanced past round 3. You know Sephiroth is getting about what he's expected to get against
Sonic when looking at last year's stats. So unless you think Dante is

There were warning signs everywhere. I mean... Zidane > Shadow: Warning sign (Yes, Link was there, but I don't think Link really SFF'ed Shadow that badly) Zelda > Knuckles: Warning sign (Zelda was SFF'ed and still won, and Knuckles lost his R1 match for the first time) Tails coming last... Okay, this isn't really a warning sign. All 3 characters were stronger than Tails were, anyway. Sonic not breaking 40% in R1: Warning sign Auron beating Sonic by a few percent: BIG warning sign (Even without Sandbag, Sonic looks like he would still lose to him) Sonic being closer to Auron then Sephiroth: Warning Sign Kirby isn't really a warning sign himself due to how Division 7 went. I should've paid more attention to these things, instead of thinking "lol Kirby did poor in R1, he will come fourth and Dante will come third with no SFF now". How Sonic is losing to someone who Luigi beated a round prior to Sonic beating Luigi 2 years is beyond me. --- The Gamer In Me |

This is clearly due to The Banner Factor. Kirby's the only banner

Uh, Sephiroth has 63.80% on Sonic right now and rising. The direct
calculation underrates the strongest character too compared to
Morgoth's method, does it not? Knowing how great the FFVII
afternoon/evening vote is, Sephiroth may go above 65% there- only a
little below what Cloud put up on Sonic in 2003. You know, the match
that made people believe in Cloud > Link. Sephiroth is doing very
well here, or Sonic is doing very poorly- it's not all Kirby. --- Crono's quest to beat Link: Link vs. Crono vs. Mario vs. Samus |

I love how people are acting like Kirby is going to win this. I love how fanboys continue to deny reality when their character is losing. We're well into the day and Kirby is still gaining. If i'd thought Kirby would make it this far i would've taken him to beat Sonic. Kirby being the more popular Nintendo/Sega option does not surprise me at all. --- Vote for change in '08. You know, as much evidence as there is that Magus is stronger than
Frog, if they were up against each other and it was remotely close, is
there any doubt Frog would win? Just imagine Magus fans trying to rally

| Magus WAS supposed to be the main third character, along with Serge and Kid. At least, it was that way in Radical Dreamers, the text RPG sequel to CT that was only in Japan. CC was based on Radical Dreamers but the writers decided to screw up everything and turn Gil (Magus) into Guile, a character with almost zero importance to the story. Sigh. |

The Kirby war machine cannot be stopped. Not sure what useful ability Kirby can harvest from Sonic to defeat Cloud, but you know, he'll think of something. Pink streak, speeds by...
