The lack of any enforcement against rallying or vote-stuffing since
Bacon took over has always been pretty cute. This couldn't be more

This is easily explainable without any stuffing- in a 4-way, rallying
is much more effective, especially at a time where they would be

I just now noticed the topic disclaimer about not discussing
rallying or vote-stuffing methods was removed, and I know Ceej didn't

This isn't just Crono- I've maintained that rallying is enough for a
few hundred votes in every single case where people have claimed
rallying must be stuffing. We've seen real stuffing before, and it can
be on a far faster and larger scale than this. It can also be
disguised- but in that case we really don't know if it's stuffing or
rallying until Bacon tells us, as long the shift is explainable through
rallying, which this is. We've seen Albion rally hundreds of votes for
Hogger and Cube- there is no need to resort to stuffing as an
