It's simple enough. Samus might average 10 or so gains on Crono during
this hour normally. Add 20 rallied votes per update for Crono, and
Crono beats Samus. Since Crono and Vincent are only taking in half the
votes, rallying will move them twice as much proportionally to the
other characters, considering that Samus and Pikachu are not being
