Whoa, Vincent's only leading by a 100? He seemed well on pace for a
much bigger lead than that when I left since he surpassed his gains in

So how close does Crono need to keep it before the second night vote to win this thing really really close. Like if Vincent's lead gets bigger than 150 votes, it's over. Crono lost the second night vote last year, but not as badly as he lost
the ASV. If that trend holds, he'll be winning the SNV outright this
time around. And we're right back to where we were before Vincent's 100 vote surge, it seems. Time's running out on the residual ASV as well. I'm almost tempted to call Crono the favorite here, but he's got to establish a trend of gaining. I still think it's dangerous to use trends from last year because there
was no after-school that day. I agree though, if Crono is losing the
ASV by this little then the night vote will favour him just because

We're forgetting that Crono has had 4 close matches and never, ever,
won one. He lost the last hour to Mario by like 600 votes (ok, obvious
stuffing for Mario, but still, it doesn't exactly give me confidence in
Crono). Crono isn't Frog. That said, Crono has a better chance of winning this than ever. 91 votes, and if last year's trends hold, it'll be lower than that before we even get to 11 PM. That's not exactly *good*. Last year's Master Chief would've wasted either Crono or Vincent. He wouldn't waste, but he'd easily win. Crono lost to Sonic by 1900 and beat Megaman by 3500. However, he led
Sonic for 16 hours, while Megaman never really showed any fight,
outside of stalling Crono for a couple of hours in the morning. Crono
vs. Sonic was in doubt for more than half the day....Crono/Megaman was

Oh, thought it was higher than that for some reason. Either way,
Megaman really didn't show any signs of life, and from what I remember,
no one in this topic really gave him much of a chance to win. This was
back before Crono's day vote became bottom-of-the-barrel, so people
weren't expecting a huge collapse- and didn't get one. I could agree
with you saying Crono/Sonic and Crono/Vincent weren't really close
though- they were certainly well beyond rallying range. I just have a
hard time calling any match where the winner was 2200 votes down not
