Kratos Aurion is a Tales character. Further, it is not clear at all to me that 36% on Scorpion is better than 25% on Crono. How about 43% on Diablo, who did much better than 25% on Sonic? Kratos Aurion should've easily beaten Captain Falcon in 2006 and probably even 2007, but I have no idea what the hell happened this year. And not to open this bag up again, but Duke Nukem was a bad pick because for as pathetic as Kefka's achievements were up till this year, Duke's were that much moreso. Yeah, half his noms go to SC and the other half go to Tekken. My
attempts to rally him under Soulcalibur failed miserably, as he ended

Well it seems Mewtwo had a decent showing here, even though its triple
sff, Mewtwo managed to prevent Cloud from doubling him although its
very close to that. As for tomorrow's match do we have a somewhat similar situation. Kirby seems to be the only Nintendo character but wouldn't Leon count as well since RE4 appeared both on GameCube and Wii? Kirby seems to be the pick for 1st but one the question is will Master chief get a boost to take 2nd or will it be snatched by Leon or Dante? --- "If history is to change, let it change. Match LV: Kirby vs. Master Chief vs. Dante vs. Leon Kennedy Last Round: Kirby – 31.47% Master Chief – 30.32% Big Boss – 26.17% Raiden – 12.04% This is a fine example of how fanbase overlap can kill off both characters. Even without Naked Snake and Raiden being SFF, if Raiden was not in the poll Big Boss would be in this poll today. Kirby took advantage of being the odd man in this poll, though with Master Chief’s performance in round 1 it didn’t come to that much of a surprise. Dante – 33.90% Leon Kennedy – 30.80% Riku – 22.23% Hogger – 13.07% Looks like Dante and Leon don’t affect each other though Riku was able to improve his 39% on Leon to 42%. I guess Pokemon just over perform in round 3 and under perform in round 2. Leon was also able to perform much better this year relative to Dante proving the Resident Evil boost yet again. Analysis: Round 3 is usually considered to be the most boring round because we have the noble nine and other high characters crushing the high mid-carders, however with Master Chief always being over seeded there are none and judging from the strengths of the characters this could be one of those matches where all four characters stay between the 30% and 20% range. The character with the least amount of chance at advancing is Leon. The guy put very impressive numbers against Dante, but unless Dante takes first by a large margin I don’t see Leon placing. Leon would have to hope for a voter change when replacing Riku/Hogger with Kirby/MC and since I don’t see any reason why those two characters would cause Leon to be favoured more than Dante his chances at advancing are minimal. Still Leon should put up a decent performance. Master Chief is two for two in underwhelming performances. Last year Master Chief did great with Halo 3 being released mid-contest, but now it looks like that boost didn’t last the year. Losing to Kirby is nothing to feel bad about, but when you were pulling noble nine like numbers on your competition it is a step back. Last year he was able to defeat Dante rather easily, but this match he is going to have some trouble. Even though Master Chief decreased compare to last year another thing that helped Kirby out was that he was the odd character of the match and for the second time he is again. Of course Kirby doesn’t stick out as badly as he did last round, but every bit counts. The major attraction to this match is Kirby vs. Dante. They may have nothing in common, but ever since the early days there have been a rivalry between the two on board 8 mostly started by a user named ertyu. When the rivalry started the stats showed a Dante win, then years later it switched to a Kirby win, but now it is time to see which one of the two is stronger. Too bad Dante is at a disadvantage in this match. While Kirby is sticking out Dante is among bad asses in this match. Still Dante looked amazing last round and even last year he was able to put up respectable numbers against strong characters. Dante was able to defeat Luigi who defeated Kirby before, however Pikachu was also in that poll. Either way I’m getting a great feeling about this match. I’m always a fan of a three-way fight and this match looks like it may deliver on that. What is also great about this match is that I’m a fan of all four characters so no matter what happens I’ll be happy. | I think people are too worked up on Dante/Leon
LFF, if there was any Riku would have won, or at least made it
interesting. Sure he did better in round 2, but random things could

I honestly wouldn't be shocked if its MC > Dante or the other way
around. I can't help but feel that 2 MGS guys in the poll last time
hurt MC (since MGS is alot more similiar to Halo then Kirby), and Leon
may hurt Kirby due to RE4 being mainly a nintendo game. Sounds crazy,

Next match we could see a lot of lead changes imho. The first 5 minutes
will go Kirby > Leon > MC > Dante and everyone will call this
one over. but sometime during the power hour, Dante should be able to
overtake MC. during the early night, Leon will fall to third as Dante
overtakes him, and around dawn, Dante should be able to take on Kirby.
later on during the school time, MC should be able to steal the third
place from Leon. and then the Chief will storm to the top during the ASV, while Dante drops to second place, but his FFVII-like trend prevents him from dropping further. Kirby may overtake Dante here, but even if that happens, the second night should be enough to put Dante on top by the slimmest margin. well, this is assuming they are all very close, which is not happening tbqh <_< (Gogo MC > Dante!) --- Kweh!
