So, the trends for the rest of the day should have Kratos rise and Tifa
fall, yes? There's little doubt Kratos wins, but...just making sure. Squall > Auron People thinking Sora's going to escape being LFF'd by three characters stronger than he is and win are just kidding themselves. He did well against Squall this round, but remember that Squall made him look like crap in round 3 last year. You just can't tell with Sora. He's a weird kid. Okay, I said I was disappointed in Sephiroth last night, but NOW I'm disappointed in Kratos. I keep expecting him to start owning the day, but...it's not happening. He's getting about the same thing Tifa got last round on Sephy directly, but this is an LFF'd Sephy. Kinda impressed Tifa's still avoiding the doubling, though I don't think it'll stay that way. as I said in my writeup, those two have a similar kind of appeal. the
same kind of appeal that Snake has. Kratos is doing fine here though, I
think - he's gonna beat Tifa by some 4-5000 votes. can't say I expected

I really don't see how 40% can be the floor when he only got 47% with Ratchet and Nana here instead of Kratos and Jill. well, it's like Vincent's match. Falco got a lot of votes because he
was the not-Sephiroth option and the other two were who?. replace the

Yeah, I saw that logic, I just didn't think that'd apply to Tifa. I
doubted many who were just voting for the "not Sephiroth" that wasn't

It's two characters who are barely stronger than him, and one he's equal with. Those three all come from Final Fantasy games. Sora is from Kingdom Hearts. Whether you want to admit it or not, fact remains that fans of KH are certainly much different than fans of FF7/8/10, speaking relatively. I'm aware that Sora is different in his own way, but he's also proven
he's not above getting LFF'd. I don't see him as equal with any of the
three until he beats one of them outright. He had favorable
circumstances the two times he did well on Squall (Aeris being there
the first time, LOL Smiling Squall the second time), but Squall owned

Of course he isn't capable of not being LFF'd... but neither are any of
those characters in the poll. The entire point is that they should SFF
(or LFF.. doesn't really matter in this case), way harder than Sora.
You say Sora's only benefitted from being in favorable circumstances...

Being the weakest character in the poll isn't a favorable circumstance.
Sure, having the least overlap is favorable, but I'm thinking he
wouldn't escape unscathed, at least not above two of the three. Trends
aren't exactly indicative of the distinction of his fanbase either.
We've got two characters from the same game right here who have trends

I really have no clue what would happen there (it's almost as confusing
as Bowser/Yoshi/Luigi), but to vote for Sora, one would have to prefer
him to Auron, Squall, and Tifa. I just have difficulty seeing 25% of
the voters doing that. Also, while I don't know who among
Auron/Squall/Tifa the SFF would favor, I think it's fairly probable
that it will favor someone: it won't be evenly split. The winner of the
SFF will likely take first (and Sora isn't winning the SFF battle), so

I was talking about winning. Yeah, I'll give Sora a good chance at
placing, although I could just as easily see him take last by a large
