Wow, Kirby holding up admirably. But, this is when the ASV starts.
Sure, there's no school, but it still benefits Chief more than other

I'm still of the belief that Chief is stronger then Kirby. Kirby is in
a character with 3 M rated characters, so I'd expect MGS/Halo to SFF
more then Kirby would SFF with em. Not that the MGS/Halo sff is

MC is still stronger than Kirby. As is Luigi and Bowser. People are
getting out of control with what they're taking out of this match. It
makes a lot more sense if you just look at how Nintendo characters have
done this year, and assume MC was just riding the biggest high any

There's no way I take Chief to beat Kirby 1v1. Kirby put up around 48%
against Bowser and Luigi, and 45% against Squall. MC lost to Frog,
needed what was at that time a record for largest comeback to beat DK,

I'd also expect MC's gains to be more significant than you'd expect,
even though Kirby's decent with the day vote. Mostly because during a
weekend the morning vote is probably spread out a bit more, which Kirby

Kirby would prolly beat MC 1v1 just cuz of the anti vote factor (Though
it shouldnt be as bad as it was in years past), but without anti voting

Yeah, but the DK and Sub-Zero matches were after Halo 2, and MC isn't
at the level he was last year. There's a large gap between Sub-Zero and

Actually, I think I've decided, as far as adjustments go, to give Big
Boss what he's got here and adjust Raiden based on last round's MC.
Don't feel right giving Big Boss that much of an advantage over this

I would recommend against giving someone 100% of someone else's
percentage. I mean, we thought that that's what happened in

Well i didn't think the little puffball would keep his lead in the day vote yet he is doing just that. He's the first non-square character to break the Nintendo flop streak this round considering how horrible Mewtwo did in his 2nd match. So apparently there was an MGS Boost but some MGS SFF happening too which is letting Master Chief steal 2nd place. Will he keep that position or will Big Boss shoot him down when the night vote comes? As for tomorrow's match i don't see why people have a problem with Riku's pic although i'm sure he's gonna be last in that match. Dante seems the most likely to get 1st and Leon has pretty good strength considering last year's performance. Hogger will be the wild card of this match. He will either flop terribly or Albion will attempt to pull another mass rally like he did in round 1 for Hogger to take Ramza and Laharl out. So i suspect Dante>Leon tomorrow but with Hogger and the WoW fans you never know. Albion, the point is that if we're basing Big Boss on this match, he
only gets 45.5% (right now) on Kirby. It's much better to give Kirby

Does it matter what the official stats do? They're no longer really
"official" when they're being based off of certain people's
interpretations of how a character should have done? Arguing where to
put Big Boss is just as much as someone saying "I think he's worth 26
on BL" and someone else saying "no he's worth 26.5%!" People need to just go with what they will think at this point... there's no reason for trying to use some type of scientific method for character strengths. It's unreliable at best and completely worthless at worst. --- all hail ec your lord and savior |

Chief's going to run out of votes by the time the poll comes toward the
