Have you ever seen Mega Man or Zero in a match? Sure, they aren't Frog and Starcraft. The truth is the second night vote is so weak (and since the poll start time changed to midnight, so short) that it is basically irrelevant barring massive rallying. And Vivi is pretty good at the second night vote too. I still think Zero wins this, though I'm surprised he isn't gaining faster- he'll be ahead by the end of the ASV. --- Crono's quest to kick L-Block out of this contest: Round 3: Crono vs. L-Block vs. Pikachu vs. Alucard |

Interesting, this is looking like a good fight for 2nd here, Vivi got
the lead from Zero but Zero might steal it back in the evening. For the next round if Zero makes it, Mega Man will likely be SFFed enough for the WCC to beat him for 2nd. Vivi might do the same thing, but i'm not sure as some say if Vivi advances then Mega Man might have a chance to kill the Cube. --- BC: 0774-7368-9787 name: EDS "Casual player" so dont count me in for no item matches. |

Since Nintendo underperforming seems to be an issue of the contest,
I'll rate each Ninty character's performance on a scale of 1-5 with 3
being performing as expected. Wario: Looked bad in the first round, but we now know that it was ZACK ATTACK doing that and not Wario being weak. 3/5. Link: 3/5. It's really hard for Link to do any better than he already does. Marth: Ignoring the 2nd Round LFF debacle, had quite a nice 1st round performance. 4/5. Isaac: Almost beat Lucario, but that's due to Lucario being awful. 3/5. Lucario: Oh dear. 1/5. Luigi: Jury's still out on whether he's decreased or Liquid is just boosting through the roof, but the SFF beatdown of Bowser makes me side with the latter. 3/5. Bowser: Good 1st-round performance, but come on. He let Phoenix Wright take the lead on him in R2. 2/5. Mario: Almost lost to X with Zelda and Kip in the poll. 2/5. Zelda: Beat Knuckles, held up well against Mario. 4/5. Mudkip: Good R1, disappointing R2. 3/5 Samus: Good performances all-around. Even managed to SFF Ganondorf some. 3/5. Ganondorf: Good R1, bad R2. 2/5. Falco: R2 showed his true colors, but expectations pre-contest weren't high for him anyway... 3/5. MK: Didn't beat Block, but his performance on Ryu wasn't shabby. 4/5. Captain Falcon: Good lord, where did this come from? Being hurt so badly by Pikachu is worrysome, but even that performance is above his previous endeavors. 5/5. Diddy Kong: This is the guy that placed highly on every rally contest? 1/5. Ike: Didn't beat Arthas, but had a great showing against Pikachu. 4/5. Pikachu: Reaffirmed that last year wasn't a fluke. 3/5. Donkey Kong: Closer to Tails than Tidus. 1/5. Banjo: Met his (rock-bottom( expectations, and even managed to beat Olimar. 3/5. Olimar:: Smash=/=instant support. 1/5. DDD: Couldn't beat Pit, but most didn't expect him to. 3/5. Pit: Did about as expected in an obvious LFF situation. 3/5. Fox: Didn't beat Sora, but that was a huge long-shot anyway. 3/5. Yoshi: Come on, you didn't have to beat Squall, but that was embarrasing. 2/5. Midna: Did a little better than last year, but nothing special. 3/5. Ness: Losing to Pac-man would've been okay...losing badly was not. 2/5. Jinjo: HOW CAN THIS BE 3/5. Kirby: Hard to tell if this was due to the pic or otherwise, but still. 2/5. Lucas: The character with no fanbase (at that time)! 1/5. Sandbag: Well then. 4/5. Nana: Who expected her to do well? Lucario sucked and beat Isaac, so Isaac really didn't do that well.
