Zero should definitely look good. I dunno if he'll stay as competitive
as he was in 2004, but I certainly don't expect him to get blown out
(unless people try frantically to push Mega over Cube). If Snake wasn't

Well it seems i had predicted right so far, Snake still leads but Zero
is in 2nd. However Vivi has shown that he has potential so i'm not
counting him out yet. As for this account bet you guys have with black turtle, why do you guys seem dead set on wanting Zero not advancing as opposed to allowing Zero to SFF Megaman into the ground? --- BC: 0774-7368-9787 name: EDS "Casual player" so dont count me in for no item matches. |

This'll be exciting just to see if Snake is able to get 43%. He should
easily get 43, maybe even 44% over night, but question is if he can

Next round should be doubly interesting. Mega and Zero should suck up a
lot of percentage even with the SFF, so we'll be able to see if this
Snake can get the static percentage he needs to beat WCC (sure you can
say he's the favorite since he did it to L, but that was with Riku and
Kratos in the match). Meanwhile I've got a sneaking suspicion that with Snake being beastly and Cube getting its percent, Zero puts a scare into MM. Should be fun to see. --- turnturnturn your brain in turnturnturn your brain in |

So Snake will advance no doubt, however the question is who gets the day vote, Zero or Vivi? As for the next match i find it a tough one to call since we got Sora, Squall, Yoshi and Fox. I'm sure Fox wont stand a chance and Squall will likely take 1st, so the question is who will get 2nd, Yoshi or Sora, considering Yoshi is one of the stronger Nintendo characters alongside Mario and Link. --- BC: 0774-7368-9787 name: EDS "Casual player" so dont count me in for no item matches. |

Mega Man 9 was huge for Mega Man. Really? You already forgot how Tim flopped, it looks like...and Mega Man 9 was more of a non-factor than anything else. So it seems Snake>Zero is the lock for today's match, so does this
mean Black Turtle's bet is voided or he still has to close it if Snake

Tomorrow's match is a tough one. Squall/Sora can get as much as 60%+ of
the total vote, which would really hurt Yoshi's chances. However, after
watching Falco tank and Pikachu survive some Captain Falcon SFF to beat

Eh, Fox should fold pretty easy to Yoshi, and really once Aeris was gone Sora did get rocked by Squall pretty good. I argued for Squall > Yoshi for awhile, but I think it's gonna be
Squall > Sora now. Squall just beat Yoshi by so much last round and
Fox will do a number on Yoshi too. We've seen Fox hold up to SFF
against Link nearly as well as Yoshi, not to mention seeing Fox SFF
Pikachu (2k3), CF, Wario (pre-SSBB), and MK (pre-SSBB) before. Fox will
obviously get fourth place, especially since Mario decimated him last
year...but between that being in the sprite round and Fox having a lot
more of an x-factor against Yoshi, Yoshi will struggle...which will
likely lead to his doom tomorrow. If that's the case, Cloud/Squall/Sora will be fun to see who gets third place (since sprite-Mewtwo is going to show off in second). That would lead to Solid/WCC/Cloud/Mewtwo...what a weird match. --- NRT winners: Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, Star Fox 64, Donkey Kong Country 2 Remember these games! |

For the record, Yoshi was expected to get 42.14% on Squall in R1...Sora was expected to get 39.74% on Squall in R3 last year. I think Fox costing Yoshi 2.4% or more is reasonable --- NRT winners: Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, Star Fox 64, Donkey Kong Country 2 Remember these games! |

I think Zero will get hit hard by SFF next round, and so Mega Man still has a real good shot at surviving the Cube. We've already seen how SFF works differently in 4-ways with Cloud/Sephiroth. I think we'll see something similar here (assuming Zero advances).
