the more night-ish this vote gets, the better Jill does. she's going to be up by a good amount come morning. on the other hand, this means Ocelot will do comparatively better in the daytime. Man, it's so hard to imagine the almost photo-realistic old man beating
the cute animated chick with the day vote, but we've seen weirder.

I was wondering; what is the strongest field ever in a contest? would it make sense to take the average X-stat for all the characters involved in order to find out? --- Ours is not to reason why, ours is but to do and die. |

I just did the average X-stats for 2002 and the villain contest (still not sure if this is the best way to do it) for 2002 the average X-stat was 20,76 for the villain contest it was 19,56 --- Ours is not to reason why, ours is but to do and die. |

Man Jill sure always scews me over. In 2006: Come on Jill has to beat Peach, I mean who votes for Peach, and Jill's lead is good. In 2007: Jill will easily beat Ocelot. Peach is stronger than Pac-Man. in 2008: We saw Ocelot > Jill last year and now Ocelot got MGS4 while Jill got nothing, of course he wins. Despite the criticism of her pic here I'll say that it certainly does
stand out compared to the others and it looks quite cute. In contrast

While it surprising that Jill is doing better than Ocelot in this
match, it shouldn't be that shocking. While MGS seems to have been on
fire this contest, Resident Evil has also been on quite a roll. Perhaps

I have participated in every character battle and I have yet to predict Jill Valentine's path correctly. This year is looking like no exception so far. Yeah she has always been in debatable matches. Jill VS Kirby was tough as hell to guess back in 2002, I thought she would win over Squall in 2003. In fact the only time I predicted her path correctly was in 2004 when she lost to Hayabusa with 27 votes, and then I had Hayabusa over Sora as well :) Seriously Jill should be in every contest, since she always seems to give us great matches. --- Ngamer64: Zylo, you're making less sense every day. Alright, I just got back from CNN's Spin Zone. Their analysis of the situation makes perfect sense. MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive. PS3 is Sony, which Kratos just so happens to be the face of. If you're buying a PS3, odds are you're a fan of Kratos. So really, the Metal Gear Solid 4 boost *did* happen. This is the 4th time I've gotten a Jill match wrong, 2 of them by 27
votes: I took her against Hayabusa in 2004, Peach in 2006, and Ocelot
last year. Now I take Ocelot, and Jill manages to win! That 27-vote

This isn't actually that bad for Ocelot - he's doing much better on
