should add albion to their ignore list to avoid hearing his gloating

No, rallying has a much bigger effect when the votals are very low- and
they are at their lowest level the last hour. This is also Ramza's best

And it's way easier to see a large % when the votals are at their lowest point. not like it matters, ramza's not winning, and it's obvious that rallying is what caused hogger to win this match, so regardless of what you say, Hogger benefitted the most from it. --- all hail ec your lord and savior |
