everyone looks bad today if Kain's that close to Raiden, and Chief's
that close to Raiden. Chief will obviously recover with that wicked day
vote, but he was dominant in those Yuna matches last year early.. this

I can't believe anyone thought MC would be as strong as last year. We
SAW him get weaker as the contest went on last year. This is the main

People are honestly surprised that Kain is stronger than Cecil? I didn't think he'd be this good though, sure he's gonna drop from here to the end, but I'm impressed. MC didn't get weaker as the contest went on last year... and if you honestly believe that lay off the pipe. I was expecting MC to be weaker this year than last, but not by much, and certainly not with a performance this terrible. I said if he could hit 40% I wouldn't be really worried about him thanks to his nature, but uh, not so sure he's gonna make it there at this point. --- eat me |

We saw MC finish 2% behind Solid Snake in the semi-finals and beat
Dante by ~9%, too. It's reasonable to think MC should be doing much
better than this. I'm keeping an eye on Kain..... --- NRT winners: Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, Star Fox 64, Donkey Kong Country 2 Remember these games! |

Even if MC gains 5% from here, that is still pretty lame. On the other
hand, Raiden is probably stronger than last year, and if Kain keeps
this up then we'll have to reevaluate FFIV's strength. Too many

Chief's last two matches were L-Block matches and hardly count. Compare
his first two performances to him in MC/Yuna/Luigi/Ganondorf and
MC/Luigi/Pikachu/Dante. He was nowhere near as impressive. --- Demyx is better than Axel. |
