I miss back when CjayC didnt allow any pokemon characters into the
contest outside of Pikachu (And nidoran just cuz she was so heavily
nommed and he needed a female character to be fodder for samus).
Because seriously, pokemon characters ARE joke characters outside of

Bidoof, yeah. Since there's an actual joke going on there. Seaking
would be another one because of the 4chan fad, but most of them don't
actually have a joke associated with them, and aren't inanimate

Bidoof and Mudkip are pokemon with well known jokes behind them.

Yeah, let's get powerhouses like Ghaleon back into this contest. Command and Assault are not decent. They are completely mediocre. The
Klonoa console games are excellent 2-D platformers and the GBA games

well, zero's not really gaining or losing percent. same as his first
match last year. and those were pretty good day vote guys, same as this
year probably. i don't see zero dropping more than like a point from
here to the end, though that's all he needs to drop for ryu to at least

I'd take L-Block over Buster Sword. Master Sword is much tougher; it's
iconic and synonymous of the most popular series on this site. Still,
it won't really eat up L-Block's joke support (or maybe it will, who
the hell am I to know). In that sense, I think ? Block is possibly the
strongest joke we could have ever seen in a match. It's just as
hilarious and has just as much joke appeal, but it's also got support
from all the Nintendo fans. I bet ? Block would kick Mario's ass in a

Nah I don't think Zero is doing to bad. He needs to have about a 800
lead before the Xbox dayvote comes, but it's at least 8 more hours
until that happens so it shouldn't be to hard if he just can make some

With the morning starting in about an hour from now, Ryu is able to make lots of cuts into Zero's lead. I'm just not sold on L-Block being all that strong in a mano-e-mano format though. And it's a sword. I think badass sword appeal outdoes joke appeal for the majority of the voters - it's just that in 4-ways, the general casual voters leech each other. I'm not sure who'd win Buster/Master Sword vs. L, but those are matches I'd be quite interested in seeing. I bet ? Block would kick Mario's ass in a 1v1. 1v1, almost no chance. That's not a joke format, it's a legit format, and that's Mario. But yeah, ? block is probably the strongest joke entrant there could be, and I'm still annoyed it didn't make it here. We should just be able to pull a "sponsor's exemption" or something and retroactively replace Sandbag with ? Block... Mega Man's always had different trends than Zero though. check
Zero/Crono vs. Mega Man/..pretty much everything and you'll see a big
difference. granted it's Crono, but I think Zero did better in the day
