I like 19 Let's hope DeDeDe surprises people oh come on now. if DeDeDe gets > 15% of the vote I will be very suprised. None of the other characters are going to same base each other (Mega & Pit??? very unlikely). I'm more worried about Tidus' picture than anything, and so is my
bracket. Didn't want to take DK for first. Because as the wise contest
veteran says, "Never take Donkey Kong for first". Cube's a wild card. Can't say much else about that. Anyone who takes Falcon over Ike is what. Uhhh...To be fair, we said the same thing about Falcon over Diddy. Also, Tidus has me really, really worried. He never does what I expect him to (other than beat Shadow, take that Moltar!). DK's a big choker, too, which gives me a slight sense of relief, but I dunno. This is the best shot Tidus has ever had to make it to the third round (well...other than 2003, he was about 2000 votes away from doing it), but with the Cube's joke factor, I'm worried. I don't really care if WCC advances tomorrow. I just don't want it to be at the expense of Tidus. And hey, Dissidia art helped Zidane, right?! And at least it's better than what Tidus usually gets, that pose where he has the grin that makes him look like an idiot. I really don't like Dissidia art (especially Squall's. It looks hideous), but Bacon seems to like it, so what can you do? DK, Tails, and the Cube all got basically what they were expected to get. ...And where is that Mega Man pic from? Nero easily stands out there, and with the way Brawl-exclusive characters have been doing (sans Ike and Meta Knight, who still have lost in the first round anyway), I'm really thinking Olimar's got no chance there anyway. Banjo looks horrific, by the way. The last pic is really good for all contestants. I really wish Pit had gotten a different draw in the contest. He actually did rather well last year, all things considered. It'd be nice to see what a pure Brawl character can do. I wouldn't be surprised if Nero doubled Olimar. I wouldn't be surprised if Banjo beat Olimar. Ike>Falcon is pretty much a lock at this point. I mean, Ike's not
that far off percentage wise, while Pikachu's about even to Diddy AND
Kratos together, and is probably more direct with Ike than they are
with Falcon, and Spy probably affects Ike more than Alucard does Falcon. No contest there. Unless it became a Samus/Mario. I don't really care if WCC advances tomorrow. I just don't want it to be at the expense of Tidus. I'm actually confident that DK will take the fall tomorrow. Tidus may have a rough history as well, but at least he doesn't have to worry about a likely fanbase split. Besides, not even Tidus can contend with our de facto king of choking. For what it's worth, Tidus has my vote as well. I'm pretty miffed that both Rikku and Yuna got snubbed in my first year of FFX fanboyism, so I'll throw some support Tidus and Auron's way. --- Yoblazer: NO LIMITS Watch and you'll see... someday I'll be... part of your world! |

And Arthas shouldn't stem the bleeding much; he didn't have a very good second night vote last year. Yeah, if you look at his pace from 6:15 to 6:45, he's projected to come
back at 12:48. And he's actually picking it up with the last two 5

Btw just to let you guys know, I haven't bothered rallying in hours,
and don't intend to anymore since this match is done, regardless if ike

Actually, looking at last year, Arthas didn't do any better with the
second night vote than the after school vote. The only problem is that
