Argh, I might get as many points if I'd had Bowser > Luigi instead of having Luigi > Bowser. I don't like how that works. And there goes the Phoenix atomic bomb, and Bowser's just skyrocketing now. Bowser's up to 61.74% on Phoenix now, over a full percent more than the last time I checked. It's weird to see Bowser do well with the day vote, though I think he's
supposed to be worse with the ASV-and-after vote...I think he lost them

Bowser's probably doing so well because he's facing three characters
that are bad with the day vote. But yeah, Bowser doesn't usually
struggle until the ASV, but he's not exactly facing ASV kings.
Deckard's the only one I can see doing anything with it just because of
Diablo, but he basically seems to be doing the same thing as Geno right
now, so I doubt his trends are any different. Bowser might not gain as

Wright is holding up a bit better than he did last year. He's about .8%
higher at the same point, so may only end up slightly below 25% at

Why do people keep bringing up Geno having to deal with Squall/Aeris
last year? I have absolutely no idea why Geno wouldn't suffer much more
greatly from the presence of Bowser than he would those two. We have a
hard enough time establishing significant SFF links between pre/post
FF7 games as is. There's really no reason to expect they really had
much of an effect at all on Geno. Call SMRPG an RPG all you want (and
well you should its in the damn name), but it's such a different style
of RPG it's not even funny. It doesn't matter that square made the game
either, no one is going "MAN SQUARE MADE SMRPG? NEED FF8 NOW!" --- hungry like the wolf |
