Well, two disappointing performances by Sonic Team in the bag, and I'm
willing to call Auron the clear favorite in Round 2 if Sandbag manages

i still dont think X would beat Mario... unless he comes up with a
hardcore fanbase enough to outbeat Mario AND Zelda (if he does share

I'm pretty sure most of the people here prefer Sonic to Crono. It's nothing to do with Crono, he was just there. Knuckles' victory was entirely depending on Mario SFF'ing Zelda. The
fact she is resisting that is a pretty big indication that the Mario
and Zelda series split the Nintendo fanbase somewhat. Instead of the
fanbase going in one direction, it fragments with each character

Even though I lost points on Shadow and Knux, I still took this very same upset...but I don't feel like flaunting it at all. It just doesn't seem worth bragging about, or something. | Yeah, Sonic Team disappointed in probably every
match but Sonic's R2 battle last year, and that was immediately after
his SSBB-announcement...and now, between him not being too good in SSBB
and (IF IT'S TRUE) Nintendo's drop in dominance here, I wouldn't think
it looks good for even Sonic this year. Shadow was clearly beaten,
Knuckles looks to be hurting today, Tails getting last is a real
possibility, and Sonic will have Sandbag early on and Kirby later on.
That's going to be a rough route for him to survive past MC. --- NRT winners: Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, Star Fox 64, Donkey Kong Country 2 Remember these games! |

L Block doesn't count and Sonic still held off Squall last year. I really doubt Auron is stronger than Squall in this format. --- Demyx is better than Axel. |

It's strange, really. Even though I lost points on Shadow and Knux,
