HM, I know you love the guy but if you think Zack has a dedicated
fanbase you are off your rocker. FFVII=/=instant dedicated fanbase. There's a good chunk of people out there that will vote for almost anything FFVII. Don't see how we can doubt this -- Zack's not going to be someone they ditch. Zack proved he was the real deal against Wario, regardless of whether or not he boosted from Brawl. He wrecked that poll from beginning to end. Hard to argue with that. And when we're talking about vying for percentage, something like Crisis Core can be big there, too. It's not a guarantee, but I can't see Zidane winning this -- and I would have said the same thing about Shadow. We'll see. --- let's mosey |

do you read? or are you that stupid about what i just said? And it doesn't matter that we've "seen them in action" if that's you're only argument. We've seen other characters in action before (HELLO ZIDANE) and still managed to get that one wrong. You're just doing exactly what you did yesterday all over again, and it's pretty hilarious. what's the evidence that has them even being close? The almost 18% on Link, Shadow, and Luke? Every time I worked out their strengths on the 4-way calculator Zidane comes up with a higher X-stat. What I love about this contest especially is that so far characters
who normally get no love and get slaughtered in 1v1 formats are
actually getting their moment in the sun. Zidane, Duke, and now Isaac
and showing that they do have at least some strength with their
surprising runs, and it's great to see these normally 13-level seeds
beating opponents. It's fantastic. But Duke and Isaac WOULD HAVE WON A 1 V. 1 if they got the same opponents. I don't know how this being a four way changes anything. --- "The builders never understand how their creations truly feel."--Shadow the Hedgehog |

Granted, my knowledge of contest terminology has deteriorated since 2k6, but didn't we basically went by: Nintendo Power Hour/Board Vote Night Vote Morning Vote Day Vote Second Night Vote Now, calling the first hour the Nintendo Power Hour would be a bit laughable right now given how these matches have gone, but timewise, it would have been a transition into the Night Vote, and so I was wondering if we had hit the Night Vote proper and that was why Lucario recovered. ...Though in the time it took to write this, the next update came and Isaac cut. ...Silly indecisive Isaac. I'm also really sad that Brawl isn't turning out to be the panacea I
thought it would be, which actually contradicts part of my initial
predictions. Poor Snake. :( Hopefully his heroics in MGS4 will be
inspiration enough to give him big boost among the otherwise small
